Our spacious Farmhouse style KITCHEN has everything you might need enabling you to cook from the quickest stir-fry to a gourmet meal (except the ingredients).

We provide a welcome pack which includes a freshly baked loaf, home made jam and welsh cakes, fresh milk and our own free range eggs. We also provide a range of usually forgotten extras in a cupboard.  There is a kettle, toaster, coffee machine, microwave, large fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher.  Washing up- liquid, dishwasher powder, washing powder, general cleaning materials and hand and tea towels are provided.

For your convenience we also provide a range of non-breakable plates for garden use and flasks and containers for picnic use.

The hob is gas and the high fan oven, electric.  The solid pine table has four standard and one higher chair and there is still ample room for a wheelchair.  There is a wonderful view of the garden to be had, even from a seated position and our well positioned bird feeder provides a busy and colourful focal point.

The ENTRANCE PORCH and MAIN HALL provide a warm and welcoming entry, with a multitude of information booklets covering South and Mid Wales, Herefordshire and Gloucestershire.  We have provided a wide selection of games and pastimes.  Access is gained to the kitchen straight ahead, lounge to the right and inner hall to the left.

The INNER HALLWAY has an AIRING CUPBOARD and a cleaning cupboard with iron and ironing board, electric cleaner etc. This hallway runs in a straight line from the lounge via the main hall to the newly extended bedroom/garden room.

The large and extremely comfortable LOUNGE/DINER has a professionally raised settee and two armchairs, one of which is a recliner.

     As well as the extendable dining table and chairs, there are side tables and a lap tray.  The television receives 9 channels (Central and Wales) and there is a video and a DVD player.  There is also a CD player, music-centre and mini library. 

     Due to poor mobile telephone reception and transmission in the area, we provide a Lifeline telephone for incoming calls or emergency use only.  

     There is an open fire which can be used by arrangement.

The bungalow is very warm with gas central heating and individual radiator thermostats. 

Our brand new white CONSERVATORY is a suntrap for most of the day.  There are two comfortable chairs and a side table.  The floor covering is non slip.  A wide door with a hand rail gives access to the kitchen, while a sliding patio door gives access to the lounge.  The moveable ramp allows access to the main bungalow via either doorway depending upon preference.

A pair of doors lead onto our beautiful large patio area with substantial wooden garden furniture.  A sun umbrella and an electric Bar-B-Q are available for your use as well as additional seating.

For the comfort of all guests, there is NO SMOKING allowed in the bungalow, conservatory or summerhouse.
